Most of the regional hotels in Western Australia were built prior to 1980 and are primarily unbranded and run as family facilities. Most have an inventory of around 50 rooms or less and nearly all have the external corridors typical of the 1960’s motel style. Some of these motels offer a very basic food and beverage offering which is generally restricted to a couple of hours in the morning for breakfast and a couple of hours in the evening for dinner.
Food standards and choice are limited and typically cooked by an untrained chef. Hilton Garden Inn will be purpose built with extensive food and beverage attuned to today's palate and standards and today's traveller.
The Hilton Garden Inn will be offering 100-150 rooms in each of the locations. These purpose-built, stylish, upscale rooms will all be appointed with King or Double Double bed and an additional sofa bed.
Each room will be large and luxurious, each laid out with meticulous attention to detail and benefiting from the best contemporary design in order to offer ultimate comfort.
